A £100 deposit is required to confirm booking; balance payable 6 weeks before start date of booking.
In the event of cancellation monies paid are non refundable unless the cottage is able to be re-let for that period. In which case the full amount will be refundable less £20 for administration charges.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings not fully paid up 4 weeks before the arrival with no refund of the deposit.
All breakages need to be replaced or paid for.
The cottage will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
Please vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure.
The number of guests occupying the cottage must not exceed the number booked.
